Hello, my Stardust Scholar! Ah, see? I found a new name for you and it fits the theme of my identity! Today's topic is as you guessed it, about whimsy and free will. There are people online (usually jaded minors in VRChat who have no business talking to adults) who are chronically cynical and nihilistic who will police you into believing there's an "age limit" to fun. People will mock and slander you by saying that you should be at work (when time zones exist and it's very clearly outside of work hours) or married with kids (like your relationships and how you show love is their business???).

Let me personally tell you as someone who had no real "childhood" and was forced to mature and sacrifice fun at the age of nine; you are 100% allowed to have fun. Fun has no age limit. Except for LEGO*. You can't play with them if you're 100 years old, I don't make the rules. You wanna wear an animal themed onesie? Do it. You wanna have breakfast for dinner? No one can stop you. You wanna play with toy dinosaurs while in a bubble bath? You grab that Plesiosaur!

There's no one on this Earth who can demand you to fit this absurd mold to be a boring, hobby-less, sad adult. There's so much sadness in this world already. Indulge your self, but also remember to be mindful and take care of your responsibilites, too. It's all about balance and it's okay to fall off of the see-saw of life. Dust yourself off and get back on at your own pace.

*The age range was just general guidance from the LEGO company. You can most certainly play with them when you get to age 100.

Until we connect again, Kind Reader.
